'Family Guy The Quest For Stuff' Mobile Game Gets Trailer, Release Date of April 10th for iOS and Android, Free to Play on Both [VIDEO]

'Family Guy The Quest For Stuff' Will Be Free-to-Play, Released on April 10th for Both iOS and Android

Yesterday TinyCo revealed the release date for their upcoming Family Guy mobile game, Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff. The game is hitting next week on April 10, simultaneously for iOS and Android. That's right, Android users, Fox cares about you too much to make you wait like you're used to. TinyCo also released the very first teaser trailer for the game, which you can see below.

While this video doesn't show any gameplay, the game has more than a few similarities to The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It starts with Peter and his infamous Chicken arch-nemesis finishing a fight that's managed to destroy all of Quahog. Naturally it's up to you to return it to its former glory, by placing buildings and performing quests for the characters you find, one by one. Expect to see pretty much every character from the game and be able to find multiple costumes for each.

It's a free-to-play game, which means that you can expect timers and premium currency, but they're promising that you'll never need to spend money if you don't need to. There are also many future free updates on the way, including some that will tie into brand new episodes of the show.

We attended the launch party yesterday and not only managed to see Adam West announce his bid to become Mayor of your town, wherever you live, but we got to talk to developers and get some hands-on time with the game. Expect our full impressions shortly but for now just know that fans of the series will find a lot to like here.

Check out the teaser trailer below.
