Game of Thrones: Long Slap the King

Kingslapper Lets You Relive the Best Moment in Game of Thrones

First of all, to anyone who may have missed the most recent episode, SPOILERS...

"Game of Thrones" fans were treated to yet another "holy shit" George R. R. Martin moment last night when the brooding blonde boy king Joffrey keeled over and exited the known world's mortal plane, bound to eat his just desserts in the seven hells.

While fans of the book series were well aware that the moment was coming, viewers were caught off guard, but still eager to rejoice as the boy king's eyes clutched his throat, and collapsed while his face turned to ever more sickening shades of royal purple. We've watched the majority of the Lannister family act like pompous asses for the better part of three seasons now, and after watching the Stark family dwindle as a result of Lannister influence, it was nice to finally watch the family get some proper comeuppance.

But part of me is a tad bit regretful that we'll never see the young Jack Gleason under the antlered Baratheon crown again. Not because I enjoyed the character. To Gleason's credit, he is exceedingly excellent at playing a massive dick. Maybe he picked up some tips from Christian Bale while the two shared the "Batman Begins" set. Indeed, a simple poisoning was a bit too "good" for him, but the main (and only) reason I'll mourn Joffrey's death is that never again will we see the show's greatest moment - Joffrey's face getting the business end of his uncle Tyrion's open palm and vienna sausage like fingers in a truly righteous bitch slap.

Thankfully, others are in agreement with me on this, and have created a means for which players can, as Tyrion, keep their pimp hand strong, and thwack Joffrey into oblivion until the Wall falls down. The aptly named Kingslapper is simple enough, but dear God is t ever satisfying when you make contact. There's just something about a short of stature gentleman from the Garden State Chris Brown-ing a dumb blonde that never gets old. With a soundtrack, it'd be almost as good as this 10 minute long video of Dinklage's three hit combo while Led Zeppelin's Achilles Last Stand blasts.
