'H1Z1' Gameplay Footage: Dev Adam Clegg Answers Interview Questions About Guns, Hunting, Farming and More [VIDEO]

H1Z1 Dev Adam Clegg Takes On Some Pressing H1Z1 Questions In an Interview

Amid the madness of the 12-hour stream-o-rama from Sony Online Entertainment's H1Z1 livestream yesterday, Attack Gaming interviewed developer Adam Clegg about the game and got some cool new details. But who has eight minutes to sit and find out the best parts? Well, I do, so here's the best bits from the interview:

- Making noise will create "heat" from you, or a wave more or less, that will attract all zombies in its radius. Moving around with more people or shooting guns makes more noise, and thus will make more "heat" to attract the zombies to you.

- Carrying lots of items will encumber you and make you slower, although that's still in discussion.

- Farming isn't going to be in right from the start, but is being considered. You can hunt deer, wolves and bunnies, and more animals are being discussed.

- Pets are being discussed, but aren't in the game as of yet.

- There will be a set amount of guns from the start, and you may have to craft any firearms. Guns will also be super rare.

- Crafting is done right in your inventory, and can create bigger items (campfires, furnaces) that you can use to do other actions.

- There are set random spawn points, you won't be able to spawn next to friends. At least not as of right now.

- Zombie infections are in discussion, including your corpse reanimating into a zombie that you can kill to get your gear back.

- Zombies can't swim.

- The team wants to hear from Reddit as far as stat leaderboards go.

And that's it! Check out the full video for yourself below for a less succinct explanation of everything.
