Ever wonder what Gotham City was like, before the days of Batman and the Joker and Two Face and supervillains?

There Will Be a Justice League Movie After Batman vs. Superman

Well, you're probably going to like this news then. Gotham is coming to Fox this fall, and its first trailer has been released.

The series follows a young Jim Gordon, getting his feet wet policing the seedy Gotham streets. But that's not the only main character we'll be seeing, according to the trailer. We'll get to see a young Bruce Wayne after the murder of his parents, a young Selina Kyle, and younger versions of Penguin, the Riddler and Poison Ivy. And that's just what they showed in the trailer!

Thanos Will Appear In Guardians of the Galaxy & Potentially Avengers 3?

The trailer comes on the heels of Gotham being ordered to series, according to  Variety.

The series will star Ben McKenzie as Gordon, Donal Logue as Detective Harvey Bullock, Jada Pinkett Smith as Fish Mooney, Robin Lord Taylor as Oswald Cobblepot, Cory Michael Smith as Edward Nygma, David Mazouz as young Bruce Wayne, Sean Pertwee as Alfred Pennyworth and Camren Bicondova as young Selina Kyle.

If Arrow and Marvel's Agents of SHIELD are any indication, this Batman prequel series has all of the potential to be great. Check out the trailer below and let us know what you think of the new series.
