While you may be looking forward to the digital edition of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which itself comes with tons of goodies, the amount of stuff in the physical box is staggering. A statue, a map, a soundtrack, and tons more will be yours to display.
The Witcher Adventure Game Closed Beta Announced, Board Game Comes To PC
Now, if you do decide to go for the digital edition it's probably best to go through developer CD Projekt RED's other baby, GOG.com. It's good to own the company that's distributing your own game because you can load it up with lots of extras and even drop the price. Right now it's 15% off if you pre-order it, a mere $50.99. If you own the Witcher 1 and 2 on GOG.com, it's even more of a discount- 20% off, or $47.99. And really, why don't you own those games yet? They're two of the best RPGs of all time!
The game comes completely drm-free- without any sort of copy protection, because it is your game. What's more- if you pre-order you will get into the multiplayer closed beta test for The Witcher Adventure Game, the PC version of the board game. This will be available this summer and it will give you two so you play with a friend.

They will also give you Neverwinter Nights for immediate download, a bonus digital comic of The Witcher: House of Glass, an extended Soundtrack with four exclusive tracks, a digital artbook, artworks, hd wallpapers, avatars, bonus videos and a world map. Phew.
That's all digital, of course. Buy the physical blu-ray, even the standard edition, and you'll get a bunch of goodies. It's something CD Projekt RED started with the Xbox 360 version of The Witcher 2 and it's nice to see them continue with it here! Here are the contents of the standard edition:
