FIFA 14 Ultimate Team: Team Of The Week Announced, Now Includes Premier League Stars Following Opening Weekend

FIFA 14 FUT Team of the Week Announced, Includes Premier League Stars Again Following Opening Weekend

The Premier League has returned, and so too have its players to EA Sports' Team of the Week for FIFA 14's Ultimate Team mode.

The Ultimate Team Legends Cards Coming To FIFA 15 Have Been Announced

Despite the glittering array of stars in England's top division, only a handful of players from the league made it into EA's selection. The leading man is Chelsea's Cesc Fabregas, the 89-rated central midfielder cracking the team with a stellar performance in The Blues' opening game against Burnley on Monday. As far as other Premier League players, he's joined by two from Hull City as well as Swansea's Sigurdsson, and Tottenham's Eric Dier.

You can see the full team in the image above, and check out the interactive version at the official post from EA's website. Other Premier League stars had good weekends, and probably could've gotten into the team (and would if it were based on ratings, of course), but the developers have kept this Team of the Week balanced across several leagues. There are players representing the Russian, Argentinian, Dutch, and other first divisions, making this TOTW a pretty global one.
