Hazard, a self-proclaimed lifelong FIFA fan, is honored to be appearing on the game's cover. The team at EA Sports is happy to have him--and Chelsea--as partners moving forward, as well.

"I have played FIFA all of my life and it's a huge honor to be asked to be on the cover of FIFA 15," Hazard stated. Now I have played the game I can say it's the most realistic football game I have seen, so I cannot wait to challenge my friends and team-mates.

"We're delighted to have Eden on the cover of FIFA 15 and to be working with him and Chelsea in showcasing the Barclays Premier League to the amazing level of detail that the game will deliver this year," said Dan Holman, Head of U.K. Product Marketing at EA Sports.

FIFA 15 is launching in the U.K. on September 26, while the EU edition releases the day before. The North American version is out first, available on September 23. FIFA 15 is playable on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. Lighter versions of the title will also be available on Wii, 3DS, iOS and Android.
