Everyone's favorite witchy woman, Bayonetta, is due out a bit earlier on the Wii U in Europe, the latest Nintendo Direct video has stated. The half-hour Bayonetta 2 stream highlighted some of the upcoming mechanics, items, a new trailer and a whole host of goodies for all fans of attractive women in tight leather using guns. So...all of us.

Despite the whole "starting a few major conflicts" thing, Europe is being rewarded. Nintendo unveiled a Euro-exclusive Bayonetta 2 First Print Edition, which "houses disc versions of both Bayonetta 2 and the Wii U Bayonetta remake, plus The Art of Bayonetta 2 art book, in special 3D embossed leather-effect packaging that faithfully recreates The Hierarchy of Laguna, the book of angels that documents the angelic foes Bayonetta meets on her adventures, making this a striking edition for devotees of the Umbra Witch."

Two for the price of one? Sold.

The Evil Within's European Release Date Moved Up

Let's make things a little trickier for our friends across the pond. There will be three editions to choose from at launch. There's the First Print Edition, as explained above, the Special Edition which just houses Bayonetta 2 and the original and the boring-by-comparison Solus Edition, which simply features Bayonetta 2.

The game will feature Rodin as a playable character in Tag Climax, Bayonetta 2's new online co-op mode, and showed off the first footage of multiplayer action.

Bayonetta cosplay is an...enticing thing. Not only for people, but for Bayonetta herself. One of the more cheeky aspects of the Wii U remake of the original was seeing our heroine dress up as characters from other Nintendo properties. The game will include Bayonetta's "wild" take on Samus, Peach and Link, as well as an exclusive Bayonetta 2 version of the original spacefaring rodent, Fox McCloud from Star Fox. Sorry, Rocket.

Bayonetta 2 hits both North America and Europe on October 24. Digital versions of Bayonetta 2 and Bayonetta can be purchased on Nintendo eShop at launch, and those who buy one title can obtain the other one at a discounted price, nabbing both for $59.99.
