Battlefield 4 Final Stand DLC Revealed In New Trailer; The Last New Content Before Battlefield Hardline's Release [VIDEO]

In Mother Russia, Enemy Frag You In Battlefield 4 Final Stand DLC Trailer

Alas, all good things must come to an end. Battlefield 4 has had a long run at the top of the charts, with a steady stream of new map packs dropping to reinvigorate the fans. Today, EA and DICE revealed the last DLC pack to be released for the action shooter.

Upcoming Xbox One October Update Is A Doozy

Titled 'Final Stand', the DLC takes players all the way to wintry Russia in four all new maps. The maps are 'Operation Whiteout', which takes place in what looks like an old Russian observatory and listening post. 'Hammerhead', a more forested map along a frigid river with an underground base. 'Giants of Karelia' along an old vehicle depot and 'Hangar 21' which takes you deep inside a Russian airbase.

"Players will also discover secret prototype weapons and vehicles that further tie into the fiction around Final Stand, and to some extent the Battlefield series. This includes a Battle pick-up rail gun that fires a single round of powerful kinetic energy, and the hover tank prototype, which uses eight experimental jet propulsion engines to nimbly move around the battlefield. We have a few more surprises up our sleeves that we'll share with you in the weeks ahead."

Alien Isolation Video Asks: How Will You Survive?

The content will be coming to all versions of the game. However, players who have the PC Premium account can get in on the test phase and try out the new maps before everyone else. Starting today, EA is releasing one new map per day for PC Premium players to frag around in.

Be warned, however, the number of slots are limited; so be sure to sign up early and often.

Check out the trailer below and be sure to get in on the CTE (Community Test Environment) to play the Battlefield 4 DLC before it hits servers.
