Puzzles And Dragons Dragon Ball Event: Character Details Revealed For Next Week's Collaboration

Dragon Ball Characters Are Coming Back To Puzzle And Dragons

New details have emerged on the Puzzle and Dragons English news website for the second Dragon Ball collaboration, revealing the stats of several characters that will be available when the event starts Monday.

Puzzle And Dragons Gets 7.2 Update, Decreases Stamina Regeneration Time

The images released for this collaboration show all of the main Dragon Ball characters that fans will want to see in the special event. Goku, Gohan, Vegeta and Piccolo all show up looking ready to go dungeon crawling with the rest of the Puzzle and Dragons monsters. More in-depth details, however, have been announced for the secondary characters that will be making an appearance.

A trio of Dragon Ball androids – 16, 17 and 18 – will be available for players to collect, altogether representing the Wood, Fire and Water attribute triangle. None of them is extraordinarily powerful, however. In contrast, Cell is featured in the teaser with an impressive stat line and an active skill that would support any team running powerful Wood or Dark attackers.

Finally, Mister Satan rounds out the revealed characters. The character himself isn't terribly powerful, but it might be good for morale to have his smiling face tossing up the victory sign on your screen.

As always with this kind of news, it's difficult to determine when, if ever, this event will make its way out of Japan and to the West so that the game's fanbase in the rest world can have a chance to supplement their lineup with Trunks. With the popularity the Dragon Ball franchise has enjoyed over here, it would seem like a smart move to localize the collaboration, but there's no knowing what the game's developers are actually planning.

Puzzle and Dragons is free-to-play both on Google Play and on the Apple App Store.
