Destiny DLC Missions Leaked By Content Bug, New Strikes And Two Raids Coming In Expansions

A strange Destiny bug has locked some players out of the game's normal missions while simultaneously providing a look at unreleased content from the upcoming expansions.

Guide To Destiny's Faction System

Some players are reporting that all of the game's missions and the Tower hub are locked, with the planet map also showing additional levels that are not currently in the game. These upcoming missions are listed with an "expansion required" message--you can see what it looks like in the video below.

The upcoming content includes two new raids, six story missions, and three strikes. These will come across both DLC expansions, which have already been announced. The Dark Below and House of Wolves are due out in December and next year respectively, but this is the first we're seeing of what the content will look like. The missions themselves are inaccessible, but the game shows where they'll be, a brief description, and the level requirement. These are technically spoilers, so if you don't want to see what's ahead and would rather be surprised, stay clear of the videos.

Explaining Destiny's Crucible Marks And Reputation

There are four new missions on Earth between the two expansions, including one of the new strikes. The other planets follow suit with new missions and a strike, and one of the new raids (the other is on the Moon) is located in the Reef, an area previously home to just two lower-level story missions. Thanks go to YouTube user Kinsey_92, who scrolled through each mission in the video to show us the locked upcoming content.
