Update 15 delivers the Archwing for the free-to-play PC, PS4 and Xbox One title. The patch hits PC servers tomorrow at 9 AM Eastern. Sorry filthy console peasants, you'll have to wait a few weeks.
The new Archwing technology allows players to fly freely through space without the use of a ship. The update also includes colossal new weapons to accompany the Archwing, two new player Quests to deepen the lore of the game, challenging new enemies optimized for Archwing combat, Syndicates - a new reputation system, the release of a new Warframe - Limbo, and much more.

Let's get into some of the details of the changes heading our way:
The latest Warframe character is described as "a magician-like Warframe whose hat wields exceptional powers including displacing enemies into other dimensions and more." So it's a space robot ninja wizard? How many of my childhood dreams can you squeeze into one thing, Digital Extremes?
The Syndicate reputation system allows players to represent one of the six in game factions. Slap on a badge and earn rep points and unique upgrades and enhancements. A new tileset will also be made available. You can now explore the ominously titled Corpus, The Ice Planet.
Two new weapons are also being made available: Devastate opponents with the OPTICOR, a powerful new laser cannon. or Bludgeon enemies with the HALIKAR, a jet-powered throwing mace that always returns to its master. Sounds an awful lot like Thor's hammer, Mjolnir.
Wait... a space robot ninja wizard Norseman? Digital Extremes, you glorious bastards you.
