The beta was nearly the full game, but did not offer access to the editors or multiplayer. Friends can now join each other online and edit all the database information they can get their hands on as the game opens up to those who had not pre-ordered.

Football Manager 2015 is available on Steam and other online retailers, though most (if not all) copies activate and are played through Steam regardless. The game normally costs $50, but don't buy without looking around online first-several distributors are running deals for a worthwhile discount.
