2K Games and Take-Two Interactive announced today that the Handsome Jack Doppelganger Pack, the first DLC for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, is available today, adding a new Vault Hunter into the game for $9.99.

The First Piece Of DLC For Lords Of The Fallen Will Introduce Some Puzzle-Centric Gameplay

The DLC pack introduces Jack the Doppelganger, a lookalike body double for everyone's favorite CEO/Borderlands 2 villain Handsome Jack. Though Jack isn't risking heading out into the fray on Elpis himself, he's sending out the next best thing.

As the game's fifth Vault Hunter, Jack the Doppelganger comes with his own strengths and unique skill trees. As his special ability, Jack can spawn a couple digital copies of himself, copies who can then help out in battle or just draw fire for a little bit. Jack also comes packed with powerful wrist lasers and a whole store of witty one-liners.

Jack's skill trees allow him to develop abilities that are based in his corporate roots. Jack can learn to gain buffs anytime he picks up money, and he can also gain special bonuses for using guns from specific manufacturers.

The Handsome Jack Doppelganger Pack is the first DLC pack in the game's season pass. The pass includes access to a total of four DLC packs for $29.99. Each individual pack will cost $9.99 on its own. Over the next three DLC additions, the developers plan to add a new campaign and a new character, among other additions.

Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel is now available for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
