New Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX Trailers Highlights All The Disney And Final Fantasy Characters You Will Encounter Next Tuesday [VIDEO]

It's All Connected: New Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX Trailers Shows Off All Disney And Final Fantasy Characters In Game

The appeal of the Kingdom Hearts series, aside from the gameplay, is the mashing of the Disney universe with Final Fantasy and related characters. It's like a weird Marvel/DC crossover of a video game.

Let's Be Thankful To Video Games This Holiday Season; Here Are 5 Reasons Why

But keeping track of who's who and who appeared from where and when is a job into itself. The upcoming Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX features over 100 Disney characters and a dozen cameos from across the Final Fantasy series. Square Enix and Disney released two new trailers that highlights some of the big names players can expect to encounter next Tuesday when the game finally releases.

The first trailer, titled Disney Worlds Connect focuses on all the lovable characters from the House of Mickey. It's like watching that whole 'Pixar shared universe' theory in action. Here's but a taste of what you're getting: "Never Land (Peter Pan), Olympus Coliseum (Hercules), 100 Acre Wood (Winnie the Pooh), Pride Lands (The Lion King), Space Paranoids (Tron), Timeless River (Steamboat Willie), Deep Space (Lilo & Stitch), Port Royal (Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl) and more."

Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth DLC Schedule Is Here!

Unsure why the first trailer does not have music underneath it. Feels very stilted. Watch it now.

The second trailer catches glimpses of the Final Fantasy characters you'll encounter during your travels. Expect to see Setzer (Final Fantasy VI), Aeris, Cloud and Tifa (Final Fantasy VII) - told she wouldn't stay dead! - Squall (Final Fantasy VIII), Auron (Final Fantasy X) and more.

It is truly the Mix tape of our gaming youths. Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX comes out Tuesday, December 2 for PS3.
