The Star Wars - The Force Awakens trailer set the internet alight with its debut last week, starting a year of excitement and speculation until the film's release.

It also began a series of spoof images, videos, and internet memes as fans entertain themselves and one another in anticipation. One such video, for example, reimagined the trailer if George Lucas had full control, in an effort to mock the prequel trilogy's egregious use of CGI.

A new video by Jonah Feingold--perhaps a bit more niche--recreates the trailer in the directorial styling of Wes Anderson. The director of cult-hit films such as Moonrise Kingdom, The Fantastic Mr. Fox, Rushmore, and recently The Grand Budapest Hotel is known for his distinct visual style, quirky characters, and surreal plots.

The Wes Anderson trailer may not be quite as funny to you if you haven't seen his films, but check out a real trailer or Saturday Night Live's own parody of the director for some contextThe new spoof isn't too long, but it definitely gets Anderson's style across and is highly amusing--enjoy!
