New Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Trailer 'A Last Storm' Shows Off Cataclysmic Anime-Fueled Next-Gen Combat [VIDEO]

Worlds Collide In The Most Cataclysmic Way Possible In Latest Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Trailer

The next Naruto game, Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, is coming to next generation consoles and Steam next year and hot off that news, Bandai Namco has brought a thoroughly beautiful and explosive new trailer.

Two New Final Fantasy Trailers Reveal Darker, Depressing Worlds

The trailer was revealed as part of the recent Jump Festa convention - which played host to a number of other huge trailers this past weekend. Titled ‘A Last Storm!’ one can clearly see why they chose that name. There will be little left standing after the epic battle between Naruto and Sasuke.

I am but a very casual viewer of the Naruto anime and manga and even I was impressed with the sheer level of insanity on display in the video. Sure, the nuance was a bit lost on me, but for the cataclysmic melodrama of two hugely powerful warriors clashing against one another, I certainly cannot think of anything that does it better than these two and a half minutes.

Luffy And The Straw Hat Crew Go Next Gen In 2015 With One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3

“The Storm series continues to be one of our most popular franchises and its leap to the new generation of hardware ensures that it won’t stop now. Our long-time partner, CyberConnect2, has always poured their hearts into the Naruto Shippuden franchise and Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 looks forward to be the ultimate realization of the series!” Herve Hoerdt, Vice President of IP Strategy at Bandai Namco Games Europe, said with the proper amount of verve and excitement.

The game will be fully compatible with the STORM interface, Bandai Namco’s worldwide multiplayer league.

Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 - potentially the final chapter in the fighting series, is out next year. Watch the trailer below.
