Game of Thrones Season 5 Spoilers: Recent Photos May Reveal Death Of Long Time Character

All Men Must Die May Hold True For A Long Time Character In Game Of Thrones

Jon Snow (Kit Harrington) is one of the most beloved characters on Game of Thrones. The bastard son of Ned Stark has been a major player in the constantly shifting world of Westeros from season one but a haircut may reveal a change in his status. Spoilers below this point. You've been warned.

Game of Thrones Is Coming To IMAX, New Trailer To Be Revealed

Harrington does not wear a wig for his famous, perfect locks. Unlike his female counterparts, he can't cut his hair in any style other than the "Jon Snow".

Io9 reported that Harrington was spotted at the premiere of his movie Testament of Youth with cut hair.

Flashback In Upcoming Season Of Game Of Thrones Will Reveal Background For Major Character

Usually this wouldn't be an issue but he hasn't been able to cut his hair for five years, which he has been very vocal about hating. Suddenly his hair is short. Which could mean that Jon Snow won't be seeing season 6.

In the books, Jon Snow is possibly dead but he exists in a world where people are brought back to life, which is the fan theory as to what will happen with him.

That being said though, the show is deviating from the books, meaning that even if that is what comes to pass ultimately for the books, that may not be at all the case for the show.

This wouldn't exactly be the first time that a character has died on the show- in fact, it's pretty clear that no one at all is safe. After all, "All men must die."

No one from the production is spilling the beans on what could be a pivotal scene in the show. We'll just have watch season five of Game of Thrones to find out.

Game of Thrones returns in April to HBO.
