Nintendo has finally announced the release date of The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D on Nintendo 3DS, via today's Direct live stream.

The remake will be hitting store shelves on February 13, the same day as the New Nintendo 3DS. As the game will be one of the biggest sellers, a Majora's Mask special edition of the latest handheld will be made available while supplies last.

Fans who pre-order Codename: S.T.E.A.M via Gamestop will be able to pick up a free Majora's Mask pin, again while supplies last.

Majora's Mask 3D on the New 3DS XL system will not only incorporate the handheld's new face-tracking camera, but also allow for a full 360 degree field of vision, allowing players to peer around corners and "soak in the gameworld".

We're super excited by this news, and it's so much sooner than anticipated!
