They say that patience is a virtue. A terribly unfun anachronism in this 'now, now, now' culture of ours. However, for fans of delayed gratification, the eventual release is ever so nice. Instead of buying a game, then buying all of its DLC, why not just wait and buy everything for the price of the original?

Because patient players who have waited on purchasing Sniper Elite III - the best Hitler-killing simulator since Inglorious Basterds - will be rewarded with the upcoming Sniper Elite III Ultimate Edition!

The new version of the popular WWII stealth title includes the original release, all three chapters of the campaign DLC 'Save Churchill' (which feature the biggest environments in the series to date), all weapon and map packs, plus three added gameplay modes.

Since the DLC has come almost exclusively to the PC Steam version, the Sniper Elite III: Ultimate Edition will be out on March 10 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360. Steam players can still purchase the Season Pass for $29.99.

Here is the full list of DLC you can expect come March:

Hunter Weapons Pack
Camouflage Weapons Pack
Patriot Weapons Pack
Sniper Rifles Weapons Pack
Axis Weapons Pack
Eastern Front Weapons Pack

Six New Multiplayer Maps (most available for free as DLC currently):

Fracture
Night Watch
Outpost Canyon
Plantation
Lost Valley
Airstrip

And finally:

The Shooting Range (Singleplayer Mode)
'Twilight Strike' Overwatch Mission (Co-Op Mission)
Capture The Flag (Multiplayer Mode)

No pricing details were announced from either Rebellion or 505. Sniper Elite III retails for about $49.99 (on Steam at least), and I cannot imagine the new Edition being more than that.
