A leaked image purports to show a DLC skin pack for Mortal Kombat X, a Feudal Japan set that would be available after launch.

The image (below) comes from MP1ST, but it's not verified as official--treat this as a rumor for the time being. We know a skin pack is on the way following release, but Warner Bros and developers Nether Realms have not revealed its nature. The pack is supposed to be the first of five DLC skin sets, and you can also see the downloadable Goro character in the image.

There are currently 14 confirmed characters in the Mortal Kombat X roster, with Ermac being the latest. Nether Realms are not likely to reveal the full character list before launch either, so there are bound to be some surprises in store.

A Japan pack is an interesting first choice for mixing up aesthetics, and some very cool designs could come out of it. What other themes would you like to see? There are plenty of time periods and styles to choose from--hopefully the pricing is reasonable for each pack, or there's a good deal to get everything released for the DLC-obsessed out there.
