GTA Online Heists Have Finally Launched In Grand Theft Auto 5 Alongside New Game Modes [TRAILER]

Online Heists Are Now Available In GTA V

The time has come, Grand Theft Auto fans: GTA Online Heists have finally arrived.

New Grand Theft Auto 5 Music Album By The Alchemist & Oh No Will Debut In PC Version

The game mode has been patched into Grand Theft Auto V today alongside other features, available now on PS4, Xbox One, PS3, and Xbox 360. Online Heists will be available for the PC version on its April 14 launch day.

The heists from GTA V's singleplayer were many players' favorite part of the game, and their inclusion in GTA Online has been requested since launch. Rockstar said they would be coming for a long time, but continued to delay release until nailing down this last date.

Heists are cooperative (up to four players online) multi-layered missions with planning and execution stages. They set the player up in a specific scenario and make use of the game's various travel mechanics for insertion and extraction. Five heists are available in GTA Online, including an initial introductory heist for two players.

Rockstar is also adding Daily Objectives in today's update, which present you with rotating challenges across both Jobs and free-form activites each day for in-game money. Players can stack up challenges over consecutive days to earn bonuses of up to $500,000. They're also bringing player vs player challenges called Adversary Modes, which will unlcok as players make progress through the game. The three coming in the patch are titled Come Out To Play, Siege Mentality, and Hasta La Vista--details are in the link above.
