Enter Tembo the Badass Elephant, a new game from the guys who brought you that other little title you may have heard of: Pokemon. When the peaceful Shell City is invaded, there is only one man - err, there is only Elephant that can save the day: Tembo, the titular badass. Guide Tembo as he stomps, gores and jumps his way across 17 sidescrolling platform levels in what the press release is calling the "heaviest action adventure of the year...weighing in at about seven and a half tons of fun."
There were two things - and really only two things - I loved as a kid: platformers and elephants. Finally, my youthful dreams have been made true.

Tembo the Badass Elephant is being developed by Game Freak with an assist from SEGA, who if we're honest, really, really needs a win in their column.
"We're delighted to be working with Game Freak to bring this heavyweight adventure to an audience we feel it will have relephants to," said John Clark, the Senior Vice President of Commercial Publishing for SEGA Europe. "It's a trunkful of fun and we think gamers are going to love it. Hopefully more than my rubbish elephant puns. " (There were a lot of puns in the release that were just too terrible to reprint here)
