This Week's Video Game Release Schedule, March 16: 'Battlefield Hardline', 'Final Fantasy Type-0 HD' And More

We hope you enjoyed the once in a lifetime Pi Day this weekend. The week's crop of games is the biggest all year, with several epic AAA titles all releasing tomorrow... and I'm not just talking about the new Cabela hunting title.

Destiny Speedrun: Solo Crota In 16 Minutes

So, without further adieu...

Final Fantasy Type-0 HD - (Xbox One, PS4) - March 17 - the PSP remake gets a grand upgrade to next gen. Play any of 14 new characters in one of the most ambitious FF titles to date as you navigate through a thoroughly modern warzone, and if you pre-order you can even get in on the FF XV demo 'Episode Duscae' or as I call it, 'Square Enix's Endless Camping Trip'. Pre-order HERE.

The 3DS Games From Club Nintendo You Need To Grab Soon

Bladestorm: Nightmare (Xbox One, PS4, PS3, PC) - March 17 - the guys over at Tecmo Koei are bringing the sequel to Bladestorm: The Hundred Years War, a troop combat/Dynasty Warriors hack n slash. They keep making these, and somebody must be buying them. And so can you, for $59.99. Watch the trailer!

Battlefield Hardline (Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3, PC) - March 17 - 'Let's Be Cops', the overmilitarized domestic police force edition. EA's latest has had a troubled beta, but there's no denying that this will be the big hit of the winter season. Cops and robbers are redefined for the modern era, bringing the same gameplay elements from the series' more traditional war games to the sunny stretches of the US. Watch the trailer.

Oceanhorn: Monster of Uncharted Seas (PC) - March 17 - burned through Majora's Mask on 3DS? Don't have the patience to wait for the Wii U Zelda game? Then Oceanhorn is precisely the game you need. Originally an iOS title, the game has been reconfigured for PC play and of the many Zelda knock-offs, this is one of the best. Check out the trailer below.

Resident Evil Revelations 2 Chapter 4 'Metamorphosis' -  (Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3, PC) - March 17 - the fourth and final chapter in the new RE title. We also get the full retail disc version which "Contains everything included in the Complete Season (the four main episodes, the two extra episodes, additional Hunk for Raid Mode and Raid Mode Throwback Map Pack) plus additional costumes for Claire, Moira, Barry and Natalia for the campaign and Raid mode as well as Albert character for Raid mode." Trailer for Episode 4.

Worlds Of Magic (PC) - March 19 - the spiritual successor to Master of Magic, the new 4X title puts the 'deep' into 'deep and immersive gameplay'. Hundreds of units, multiple resources to keep track of, a large number of factions, the works. This is the kind of strategy title you're gonna need Excel docs for and we can't wait to see it in action. Purchase it via Steam.

Fossil Fighters: Frontier (3DS) - March 20 - drive around in a souped-up truck and excavate dinosaur fossils, that THEN COME TO LIFE forcing you into battle. Your childhood called, they want their dreams back. Check out the trailer. $29.99

Mario Party 10 (Wii U) - March 20 - Bowser crashes the party in this, the first installment of the beloved series on Wii U. One player controls the lizard king, wreaking havoc to the others as they try to win the fun collection of mini-games. Partytime, thy name is 'asymmetric multiplayer'. $49.99

That ought to keep you busy through the haze of St. Patty's Day. See you next week!
