'Call Of Duty: Heroes' Gets A Little More Advanced...Warfare, That Is With The New Hero In Latest Update

A new hero has answered the call, along with a whole host of other new improvements and changes in Call of Duty: Heroes for mobile devices.

Final Fantasy XI Is Coming To Smartphones

Starting today, players can command the patient grace of Ilona, one of Advanced Warfare's most lethal snipers. In Heroes, she comes equipped with her own exo-suit that doubles as a very individual jump spell - allowing her to boost over walls that would otherwise impede the progress of other heroes. She also comes with her own Emerald statue which can be purchased via the in-game shop for some small boosts.

Ilona comes rocking a new Killstreak. Flares allow the Russian operative to command units on the battlefield, allowing a greater bit of mobility to the mass of your forces towards a particular building or safe space. Three different varieties affect either human, drone or both. She also adds increased attack rate/speed with her aura to nearby units.

The team over at Activision has relinquished their iron grip on Alliance timers, severely reducing the cooldown on calling in reinforcements from two hours to a mere 20 minutes. They also added a Celerium option to speed up the process. Because there weren't enough ways to spend real money in the game.

New rewards have been added, as well, including nine new Achievements. Just be sure to bring the Celerium. Additionally, the "top Survival Mode players each month now receive rewards (leaderboards now reset on a monthly basis to allow for these rewards)"

The smartphone is ringing. It's for you. Download Call of Duty: Heroes for iOS and Google Play today.
