'Heroes Of The Storm' Beta Keys Ending: Founder's Pack Sales Stop Tomorrow, April 7

Tomorrow Is Your Last Chance To Purchase The Founder's Pack And Get Into The Heroes Of The Storm Beta

If you have not found a way into Blizzard's Heroes of the Storm closed beta, your window for doing so is quickly closing.

Blizzard announced over the weekend that they will no longer be offering the Founders' Pack deal via game's store. The pack came with all that you need to get started on their upcoming MOBA, including one of the sought after beta keys.

"We're currently planning to disable Battle Bundle and Founder's Pack purchases on Tuesday, April 7, but we'll be sure to post another reminder before that happens. It's also important to note that players who already own Founder's Pack will be unaffected by this change; we will simply be removing the ability for new players to purchase this item."

One more day to get in! But don't worry, there are plenty of beta key giveaways, random drawings and a wealth of other ways to get into the beta, so don't be sad.

The Founder's Pack goes for $39.99, and is available for players who already in the game as well (the price is adjusted accordingly). Players receive three heroes - Diablo from, uh, Diablo; Jim Raynor from Starcraft and one of my favorite heroes in the game, Tyrande from Warcraft, along with a new skin for each, 2,500 gold for your troubles and a kick ass Cyber Wolf mount.

The wolf is plated in gold, by the way.

We're fans of Blizzard's take on the MOBA game (a genre they kinda-sorta invented with the Warcraft III map Defense of the Ancients). It's quick, easy to learn and as, of the closed beta, not overcome with the toxicity that is so often found in other, more well established titles. Sign up over at battle.net if you don't want to shell out the money and we hope to see you in the Nexus soon!
