'Marvel Puzzle Quest' Update Adds 'Avengers: Age Of Ultron' Characters Scarlet Witch & Quicksilver

In time for tomorrow's European release of Avengers: Age of Ultron, Demiurge and Marvel are preppring the impending expansion to Marvel Puzzle Quest which features - wait for it - Age of Ultron.

In the business, this is what's known as 'brand synergy'. The match battle game was released back in 2013 and since then has let out a steady stream of related to content to all of the various entries into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Earlier this month, the game received everyone's new favorite Netflix star Daredevil and Kingpin (Wilson Fisk), and will undoubtedly be getting some Ant Man related content.

It is one of the few games to feature Squirrel Girl, who once bested Dr. Doom with only her furry rodent friends.

Rather than focusing on the familiar faces, the update will emphasizes the two newcomers to the Avengers universe - and the official MCU introduction to superpowered people: the siblings Maximoff, Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver, played by Elizabeth Olsen and Aaron Taylor Johnson in the Joss Whedon directed film.

Based on the descriptions of the photo, Scarlet Witch utilizes special abilities like Hex Bolt and Reality Crush; while her brother gets to zip across the screen with Fists of Fury, Idle Hands and Supersonic moves.

Marvel Puzzle Quest is available for PC platforms, iOS and Android, and is entirely free to play, though does feature in-app purchases. So use caution when journeying forth.

Avengers: Age of Ultron is out Friday in select European markets. You'll want to step away from the internet for a week, as it drops here in the States on May 1.
