Capcom has announced that Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition will release across North America and Europe on June 23, 2015, and will be priced at only $24.99/ / €24.99 / £19.99 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition will include the original 2008 release of the game, which sold over 3 million copies worldwide, plus three new playable characters. It will also offer a Turbo Mode, Legendary Dark Knight Mode, new costumes, and "additional gameplay improvements." Since it's on next-gen consoles and PC you can bet that they're upping the resolution of the game to 1080p and including high-res textures, while retaining the 60fps of the original game.
Those who pre-order the game will receive a bonus costume for both Lady and Trish when the game releases, as well as a free custom theme for PlayStation 4 owners.
This game comes on the heels of the excellent DmC Devil May Cry: Definitive Edition, which hit in March for next-gen consoles and truly lived up to its title. Devil May Cry 4 is now seven years old but perhaps can be redisovered by those who missed out on it the first time.
Capcom has also released this brand-new trailer for Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition, which shows off all five playable characters.
