Game Experts Predict September Free Games For Sony and Microsoft's PlayStation And Xbox Subscription Service

Every month, Sony Corporation reports free game packages for its PlayStation 4 framework through its PlayStation Plus membership. So far, insiders have gotten titles like DriveClub PS+ Edition, Resogun, Scandalous: First Light, Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, and Limbo.

The project at first, gave away one free game, yet was enhanced to give away two for free every month.

A one-time PlayStation Plus membership reaches out to PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita too.

Aside from giving free game packages, the system likewise allows consumer exceptional rebates on game packages and obviously, multiplayer gaming. In addition, the most advantageous deal for their PlayStation Plus members are extra rebates on top of the reduced price.

On the other hand, Sony's bitter rival on console games, Microsoft, also offers the same program for their Xbox One and Xbox 360 users.

As a matter of fact, most technical websites were predicting that Microsoft will offer their customers Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag for free next month, on top of other freebies that Microsoft will throw-in, in the mix.

This unconfirmed report was based on two things. First, the game is a year older and presumably, the project sales of the game has been met and is now okay to give away free copies to lure more members. The second reason is to compete with Sony, who is more likely to offer the same game in the next couple of months.

The free titles also follow a trend since it was conceived a couple of years ago. Sony and Microsoft have been following a business model whenever they are releasing free games for their subscription customers. Usually, the flagship game will be followed by an indie game.

That being said, Sony already announced that by September, they will offer the indie game 'Grow Home' for free because it was declared as the winner on their recently concluded Vote for Play gimmick.
