Rising speculations have been raised regarding Apple's 9.7" iPad Pro and the probability of replacing Microsoft Windows devices. It has also been speculated that the iPad Pro will have features that will contend with Microsoft window's latest tech gears as well.
According to a former report from Apple Insider, "The iPad is, for one, far and away the best-selling tablet on the market, even if its market share has eroded, its popularity has led businesses, developers, and accessory makers to support it en masse, giving the platform the apps and other kinds of support it needs to be a plausible alternative to a laptop or a desktop."
Moreover, the noted device also aims on doing certain tasks that was known to be done in Mac and Windows PCs only. To prove the latter, video editing was not possible with later productions of iPads but now as of the the present, video editing is now made possible with the latest upgraded iPad, and even Microsoft created an iPad Office suite, in which Apple is even thrilled to promote, according to the same report.
Nevertheless, despite the escalating notion that Apple's 9.7" iPad Pro can and has the high probability to replace Windows devices, Forbes reported that it would not be possible because there are still too many loopholes regarding the product and it is still limited in rendering various applications.
Moreover, Phil Schiller said this past week when Apple rolled out the 9.7-inch iPad Pro at an event in Cupertino, "You may not know this, but the majority of people who come to an iPad Pro are coming from a Windows PC, and many of them will find it is the ultimate PC replacement," according to the same report.
Despite the aims of Apple to provide a more sophisticated 9.7" iPad Pro that is designated to replace Microsoft Windows Devices, it would still be a long way to go and for some tech enthusiasts out there, Apple needs to develop a more upgraded iPad Pro that can replace and promote stable productivity applications that will outwit Windows computers or even MacBooks.
