Ellen DeGeneres And Kobe Bryant Team Up For Hidden Camera Prank [VIDEO]

While Los Angeles Lakers fans are still pinching themselves, realizing that they won't be seeing Kobe Bryant on the court anymore as he rounded up his 20-year NBA career at the Staples Center on April 13, it seems like the athlete is already enjoying his retirement by teaming up with Ellen DeGeneres for a hidden camera prank.

E! News reported that the 37-year-old NBA superstar tricked an unsuspecting aesthetician to believe that he has an excessive sweating problem. As if that wasn't enough, DeGeneres was helping him make the doctor feel even more awkward by feeding him words to say by his earpiece.

Even at the beginning of the prank, it was already unusual as Bryant greeted the doctor and shared that he didn't want to stand up because he's too tall. He then kept saying that he's "Kobe Bryant," as secretly commanded by the 58-year-old comedienne and talk show host.

The doctor remained professional the whole time, trying to keep a straight face while things are getting weirder and weirder by the minute. At one point Bryant explained about his alleged problem saying, "It starts on my left upper cheek, my buttocks. Starts dripping down to my knee and drips back up."

The doctor listened to him eagerly, trying to figure out how to help him with his embarrassing situation while Bryant continued his story, "It just keeps going up, up, up to my ear. Wraps around my neck, then from there's it's like a shower. I'm soaking wet. Just drenched."

In a typical DeGeneres type of prank, she wanted to take things further and asked Bryant to stand up, jump up and down and spin around while humming, leaving the poor doctor stunned about what she was seeing.

Finally, Bryant revealed to the doctor that everything was a setup and she has just been pranked, and they both burst into laughter. Bryant and the doctor hugged it out in the end , telling her that he's "not sweaty."

Although the prank was epic and it was like a breath of fresh air, seeing Bryant less serious than his usual game face on the court, he also sat down with DeGeneres and talked about his iconic last game. Bryant scored a season-high 60 points during his farewell game in front of a crowd of diehard fans, as reported by Slam Online.
