'The Division' 1.2 Update Conflict Patch Notes Announced; Details Here

Tom Clancy’s “The Division” recently launched the 1.2 Conflict update on all platforms, providing a variety of features, tweaks and a new Incursion.

The new Incursion in “The Division” is called Clear Sky, set in Columbus Circle. The raid is made for four players, who have to be level 30 to join. Hard mode is currently available, while Challenge mode will arrive on a later date.

According to GameSpot, the new PvE content will include High-Level Targets and Search and Destroy missions. Dark Zone has a new hijack feature that lets players cut the extraction rope to drop all of the loot on the ground. The loot system has been improved so that players can expect more and better quality finds. “The Division” 1.2 Conflict update also includes fixes to some bugs.

Ubisoft states that the new 1.2 update for “The Division” added four new gear sets, namely Final Measure, Hunter’s Faith, Lone Star and Predator’s Mask. players can access the Search and Destroy Missions in the Safe House when they reach level 30 and complete all Encounters and Side Missions in a named area. Rewards will be given accordingly.

“The Division” update also features four qualities of Sealed Cache, which contain mystery items. There are player stashes in every Dark Zone checkpoint, which makes it more convenient to collect extracted loot. “The Division” update includes ISAC Assignments which is part of the map overview, available to level 30 players. Players can receive exclusive vanity items by completing the weekly ISAC Assignment.There are new high-end weapons added by “The Division” 1.2 Conflict update, such as an M60 Light Machinegun, M1911 Pistol, SAIGA12 Shotgun, M1A Marksman Rifle and AA12 Shotgun.

As for gameplay, “The Division” update increased armor damage mitigation cap to 75%. Gear Score will only account the equipped weapon with the highest Gear Score, while discarding the other two, to prevent players from voluntarily lowering their Gear Score. There are also UI changes and several bug fixes in “The Division” update. Ubisoft agreed that “The Division” lacked in terms of end-game content, which is why they included the new Incursion and PvE content to bring players back.

The 1.2 Conflict update of “The Division” is currently available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. “The Division” will also have expansions arriving soon, titled “Underground,” “Survival” and “Last Stand.” More updates and details will arrive in the following weeks.
