They had a sweet performance, yes, but some are speculating that their gazes mean something else, something better for their supporters. Back in March, Life & Style claimed that Gwen "surprised her boyfriend with a lavish private dinner and a marriage proposal." This report, however, is countered by Gossip Cop, which revealed that the information is "untrue."
At the time, Gwen allegedly popped the question after having a barbecue dinner, to which a shocked Blake reportedly answered "Yes." As told by Gossip Cop, Life & Style's "source" also revealed that engagement talks will happen after Gwen's divorce with Gavin Rossdale is completed.
The insider spilled, "Blake has done some 'almost' proposals since they started dating last year. They have had long, romantic walks on their trips to Oklahoma, and they have talked a lot about marriage, but there hadn't been a formal proposal until now."
Last month, a source reportedly close to Blake Shelton told Us Weekly that he is planning to make the proposal. The tipster said, "Blake could propose to Gwen very soon. Gwen is everything he wants."
According to the insider, the couple is also looking forward to have kids, with Blake wanting his own and Gwen willing to try. "With Gwen, Blake has the family life he'd hoped to have with Miranda. Her kids love him as much as she does," the source added.
In relation to kids, Hollywood Life wrote in a previous article that the couple wants to get married first before raising their family. A source told the outlet, "Gwen wants to take on a few more career goals and not get into having a child right now, but that is nothing against Blake in any way, shape, or form. They are enjoying being together without the baby. They would hope to be married before anything like that happened anyways."
If these speculations hold truth, then we can first look forward to an engagement which could be looming, as Hollywood Take questions. Interestingly, Gwen-Blake social media posts are also the target of controversy - could they be coordinated and paid?
