Xbox One Backwards Compatibility Update: What You've Missed So Far

Xbox One Backwards Compatibility Update: A Recap on the Past Week's Titles

June has been a huge month for Microsoft and with the E3 2016 convention wrapping up, it's almost safe to say, the Xbox topic really made headlines. But what about the Xbox One backwards compatibility feature that received subtle attention during the event?

Apparently, Microsoft didn't look to that aspect of their show and concentrated on introducing the Xbox One S and Project Scorpio. Few days after the event, some new titles for the Xbox One backwards compatibility feature emerged online and once every few weeks, we do get surprised by popular topics coming to the feature. Most recently, "Left 4 Dead" became a backwards-compatible game alongside "Portal 2," "Brain Challenge," "Babel Rising," "Brain Challenge," "Lazy Raiders," "Anomaly Warzone Earth," "SEGA Bass Fishing," "Monopoly Plus," "XCOM: Enemy Within" and "Foul Play.'

The Vine Report also noted how the announcement of Xbox One backwards compatibility games in the event was missing. Nevertheless, fans were still treated with the best game choices possible in the Xbox Website. If you have noticed too, Microsoft is slowly releasing bigger titles such as "Left 4 Dead" and "Portal 2"; apparently heeding the voice of their fans and bringing the most voted titles in the Xbox One feature.

If fans can stay as patient as they are now, Microsoft will soon be able to deliver even bigger titles like "Red Dead Redemption 2" and more. Unfortunately, the company's biggest hindrance in launching some of the best games on the next-gen console is the issue of getting a license to integrate them. Once a publisher agrees on putting a title on the XBox One backwards compatibility feature, that's when Microsoft starts developing the game and integrate it to the Xbox One console.

Do you have your own list of titles you want to see on the Xbox One backwards compatibility feature? Share it with us by leaving a comment on this report. Also, check on GameNGuide for your daily gaming and anime updates.
