Doctor Strange has pretty much stayed in the loop after main star Benedict Cumberbatch also made headlines doing 'Sherlock.
In fact, Cumberbatch worked on both projects at the same time that the latter was widely known to have given so much way on Doctor Strange just to accommodate the actor. Now, it looks like the skies are all lit up as Doctor Strange release date has been set to Nov. 4, 2016, ComingSoon reports.
The latest news, however, points on the role of Benedict Wong who revealed, he will not play the role of the conventional tea-making manservant. He said, the movie is straying to a different direction in terms of his role. During an interview, Wong said "There isn't any martial arts for Wong in Doctor Strange actually, he's more of a drill sergeant to Kamar-Taj. He's one of the masters of sorcery."
Meanwhile, some of the A list casts joining Doctor Strange are Benedict Cumberbatch (Sorcerer Supreme), Tilda Swinton (The Ancient One), Chiwetel Ejiofor (Baron Mordo), Michael Stuhlbarg, Amy Landecker, Scott Adkins and Mads Mikkelsen.
Doctor Strange tells the story of neurosurgeon Doctor Stephen Strange who willed himself to join the practice of healing by "Mysticism" and alternate dimensions in order to heal. The road to discovery has been full of secrets, mystery and the desirable force of discovering what's beyond the third dimensional array of healing.
It's a different roles Cumberbatch is trying to play in Doctor Strange and Sherlock, but here's hoping he'll be able to give justice on both roles simultaneously developed during the production of both movies.
