“Arrow” season 5 will showcase a lot of changes, particularly for the team which is now composed merely of Olive Queen (Stephen Amell) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards). Gone (temporarily?) are Diggle (David Ramsey) and Thea Queen (Willa Holland) who opted to pass on being vigilantes as seen in the season 4 finale.

The guessing game right now is what to expect next season on “Arrow” though the minor characters could step up to the plate. Among the occasionally used characters include Curtis Hold (Echo Kellum), a brilliant tech specialist who could be one of the new members of ‘Team Arrow’.
Such was divulged by “Arrow” executive producer Wendy Mericle through TV Line, stressing how Curtis would be incorporated on the team. He will be the “Cisco” (Ramon Valdes) version on the show meaning a lot of new technology innovations may be in store for Ollie.
With Curtis being elevated as a regular, this could explain why there is growing hype on “Arrow” donning a new suit. The suit may not just be new in design, it could be filled with gadgetry which calls to mind “Batman” who had a lot hooked up to his “Bat Suit”.
Curtis to become 'Mr. Terrific' in 'Arrow' Season 5?
Since Curtis will be a regular member, he may as well become a super hero as well. Cisco does have an alter ego in “Vibe” and word from Screen Rant is that Curtis could be a superhero himself in the person of “Mr. Terrific”.
The question now is will Curtis have inherited superpowers or something similar to how “Atom” (Brandon Routh) got his (with reference to the exo-suit). Based on how Curtis was inserted and his cameo roles on past episodes, this could be the best way to see him help out “Team Arrow” as they try to come up with a new team for the fifth season.
