Katie Holmes and daughter Suri Cruise were recently spotted at Jamie Foxx's luxurious mansion, despite both party's denial of any romantic ties between them. To add to the confusion, Claudia Jordan released a statement, further complicating Holmes and Foxx's already-complicated relationship.
The two A-list celebrities have been linked to each other for quite some time, and according to Parent Herald, their "relationship" has been plagued with many rumors and speculations which they never confirmed nor denied. However, the same publication noted that Holmes and her child were in Foxx's 10-bathroom mansion, and Suri was even spotted playing with Foxx's daughter Annalise Bishop. The children were reportedly enjoying an air conditioned play area, allowing them to enjoy themselves despite the summer heat.
Meanwhile, Jordan, who has worked closely with Foxx on his Sirius XM comedy show "The Foxxhole" and is said to be very close to the actor, initially confirmed Holmes and Foxx's relationship, only to take it back a moment later.
According to Entertainment Tonight, when the former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star was asked about the rumored couple on the "Allegedly with Theo Von and Matthew Cole Weiss" podcast, she said "he is very happy with her, so I like that he seems very happy." However, she was quick to retract her statement and followed on to say that she has "no knowledge of Jamie with Katie at all," and that she has "never seen them together," nor has Jamie told her that they're dating. Jordan continued to explain that she "misspoke" about the rumor, and feels that too much meaning was put on her remark in the aforementioned podcast.
The actress does stress that she only wants her friend to be happy, whoever he is with, and that in the end this matter is Foxx's business. Although Jordan slammed the rumors of the two dating, other sources claim that the actors are very much happy together. Despite the lack of a proper statement from either party, the new sighting of Holmes in Foxx's home may strengthen speculations that the two are indeed dating.
