The MacBook Pro 2016 continues to be a mystery with its speculated release date unknown. There are claims that it could come out by Q4 of 2016 though Apple has yet to confirm on such.
With its fate floating, a previous report points out how Apple has seen its rank dip behind Asus. In that report, it was mentioned how the Cupertino company dropped from 4.8 million to 4.4 million when the second quarter comparison was made between 2016 and 2015.
Apple finds itself with a 7.4% of the market share at least until the second quarter of 2016, Mac Rumors reported.
Dell XPS 15 2016 takes advantage
With Apple unable to commit on the possible coming of a MacBook Pro 2016, the window allows other notebook players to grab the opportunity. And one company that could make a serious jump is Dell with its XPS 15 2016.
Given that techies are still on the prowl for a new and reliable laptop in the market, the only thing the most may be wary of is the fact that the Dell XPS 15 runs on Windows 10. But according to Brooke Crothers from Forbes, this is one device that could break down the barriers.
What makes the Dell XPS 15 2016 so good?
Aside from its Windows 10 operating system, the device does come with tempting features.
Ahead of the lot is a huge 15.6-inch display that technically makes it a mobile PC. Making it sweeter is the fact that despite the large screen, Dell has managed to tinker with the components and make it lightweight. The smaller chassis completes its light frame, believed to be a whole lot less than the MacBook Pro.
For those who may be interested, the base model will come with the following: a standard display resolution (1920x1080), a dual-core processor, 500 GB storage and 32 GB SSD. The base model of the XPS 15 starts at $999 with the price fluctuating upwards depending on the upgraded specs. (i.e. quad core processor, higher resolution display or bigger SSD storage).
