Apple could release the iPad Mini 5 together with the Macbook Pro 2016 and the iPhone 7 in September 2016. Recent reports say that these latest devices will be launched on the said period.
Some reports on the internet say that Apple is working on a new variant with the iPad franchise. Apple has not said anything to confirm this notion of a new iPad Mini 5 yet.

On the reports from Macworld, the iPad Mini 5 could run by a A9 processor. Also, its battery could possibly be less than the 5,124mAh than its previous model. However, it will not affect the battery life as the processor will be more than efficient.
The iPad Mini 5 could also have the pressure sensitive 3D touch screen feature. Similar to the iPhone 7, the iPad Mini 5 could be released without the 3.5mm earphone jack.
Meanwhile, Apple could also improve the display on the iPad Mini 5 as well. Price details also popped up on the web recently as news confirm that iPad Mini 5 will come in three variants of which the device is determined the storage it has.
Based on iPhone 7, Apple could discontinue the 16B model for the iPad Mini 5 and go for the base model of 32GB for a price of $450. The iPhone 64GB is said to cost $500 while the 128GB will have a price of $600.
