‘Persona 5’ Release Date, News & Update: Game Available in the Next Few Months? New Enemies & New Features Revealed

"Persona 5" is popularly known to be a role playing game that is developed by Atlus. It is playable on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. "Persona 5" is the latest installment of the "Persona" series that is part of Megami Tensei's franchise.

According to Christian Today, Atlus released a new trailer of the gameplay for the upcoming "Persona 5" game. The new video showcased the main protagonist and his team called the team of hearts. The video also highlighted the use of "Persona" in a battle. Also, the new teaser showed that each team member can either be a support or a straight-forward attacker.

"Persona 5" will let players to encounter "Shadows," which is known to be embodiments of human emotions that are being twisted by desires of the palace's master. Under the command of the Palace's master, the shadows will ambush the players.

The main characters will be forced to navigate the dungeons while battling these Shadows using items, weapons, and their inner Persona beings. Besides the team, the players will also meet Cooperation Characters, or the NPCs in "Persona 5" that may be helpful in leading the game. These special characters also have their own set of unique skills and abilities which they can use depending on how deep their "bond" is.

During the event of E3 in June, "Persona 5" was shown. It was revealed that the activities in the game include school quizzes. So, prepare to have your knowledge tested yet again. Games are also expected to get another glimpse on stunning menus of the "Persona 5" game, as mentioned in GameSpot.

According to Gaming Bolt, "Persona 5" will be launched on September 15, 2016 in Japan and on February 14, 2017 in North America, and sometime later in Europe. Stay tuned for more news and updates!
