‘Pokemon Sun and Moon’ Latest News, Release Date & Update: Oricorio Added to Pokemon Catalog; Know its 4 Styles & Powers

"Pokémon Sun and Moon" is coming in November but since fans just cannot wait for it any longer, various rumors about the game have been circulated online. There were also people who claimed to have acquired insider info so they leak details that are supposed to be revealed when the game is released.

One of the leaked info reveals the alleged complete "Pokemon Sun and Moon" Alolan Pokedex. Actually, a good number of Pokemon and their types have been divulged already, including the newest Alola forms of most Pokémon, but more have been added recently.

The updated Pokedex delighted many fans because the selections for creatures just got wider. Likewise, players are excited with the newest list because it contains interesting characters like Oricorio. This bird is one of the newest creatures that is coming only to "Pokémon Sun and Moon," and it was introduced with four styles.

Oricorio can transform to different forms and each has its own typing. Depending on the island it is currently located, it changes into varying styles like Baile style, Pom Pom style, Pa'u style or Sensu style. It is generally typified as a dancing Pokémon. Its "dancer" ability allows it to apply fierce dancing moves in a fight.

Here's a description of each of Oricorio's style:

Balie Style (Fire)

This is the red Oricorio. It is very passionate and gives off great power when it starts to dance. When it dances, it can ignite and execute a dangerously flaming dance attack.

Pom Pom Style (Electric)

This yellow Oricorio gets its feathers charged with static electricity when it dances. The charged feathers can defeat opponents when it release electric shocks during attacks. It is a friendly Pokémon that has the ability to cheer up people as well.

Pa'u Style (Psychic)

This pink Oricorio is not easy to approach because of its standoffish character. It dances to focus and boost its psychic power. It is believed that its dance is an offering of gratitude to its guardian goddess.

Sensu Style (Ghost)

This Sensu style Oricorio Pokemon features a purple body. It is always calm and poised. When it dance to fight, it has the ability to borrow and suck in the power of spirits that are close by.

"Pokémon Sun and Moon" is going to be released worldwide on Nov. 18. For now, the game is exclusive to Nintendo 3DS.
