The Denver Nuggets has an incredible rotation that could be the NBA's deepest and most dangerous. They have a top defender in the recently required Andre Iguodala and a plethora of athletic players that includes Anthony Randolph, Kenneth Faried, JaVale McGee, Ty Lawson, Corey Brewer and Wilson Chandler.

Although the team does not have one of the NBA's elite players, the squad is better than average all the way down to the tenth man. The projected starters are Lawson, Iguodala, Gallinari, Faried and McGee with a second unit consisting of Mozgov, Randolph, Chandler, Brewer and Miller.

If developing center McGee takes the next step in his progression he could develop into one of the league's best this season He may soon end up being a top-five center with his size and athleticism.

Last year the young team took the Lakers to seven games in the first round of the playoffs this the Nuggets appear on paper to be better equipped to deal with veteran teams in the playoffs.

NBA 2K13 has the recently acquired Iguodala injured for most of the season with Wilson Chandler stepping up to fill the void with great results. Wilson ends the season tied for third in scoring on the team. He averages 14.1 points per game with six rebounds. Second year power forward Faried also averages 14.1 points for the Nuggets.

Despite the injury, Iguodala is voted as a second-team player for the All-Star game.

According to NBA 2K13, the Nuggets will finally move past the first round of the playoffs during the 2012-13 campaign, but will run into a similarly young and athletic team in the NBA Playoffs, the Oklahoma City Thunder. The Thunders' athleticism and playoff experience will prove to be the difference as the Thunder knock the Nuggets out of the playoffs in just five games of the second round playoff series.
