"Cyberpunk 2077" is a long way from its official release, but fans can look forward to a great game. CD Projekt Red, developer of the upcoming game, stated that "Cyberpunk 2077" will even be bigger than "The Witcher 3."

CD Projekt Red stated that they had a lot of experience and earned vast knowledge from creating "The Witcher 3" and other games, which make them very confident that they can even do a better job in "Cyberpunk 2077." However, they will need all the time to ensure that the quality is not compromised. There were previous rumors that "Cyberpunk 2077" may release later in 2016 but considering the high expectations and objectives of the game developers, the title may not be available until sometime next year.

Motoring Crunch reported that "Cyberpunk 2077" will have a futuristic setting, compared to "The Witcher 3" which was set during the medieval period. However, there will allegedly be connections between the two games.

Ciri is actually a time traveler, but it is unlikely that the character will appear in "Cyberpunk 2077." If at all, she may have a cameo appearance. In "The Witcher 3," Ciri said that she was hiding in another timeline, where individuals had their own ship and could fight wars from a distance. Ciri may be referring to the distant future, which is the exact same setting of "Cyberpunk 2077."

Mobile&Apps revealed that "Cyberpunk 2077" is a sci-fi role-playing game (RPG), described as a true RPG by CD Projekt Red. The game developer's page is currently hiring talented individuals to help develop "Cyberpunk 2077."

The game developer is preparing a huge team that will work on the various aspects of the game. CD Projekt Red is based in Poland, so many of the team members may have to travel abroad. They will most likely be taught Polish for free as well. The current stage in development of "Cyberpunk 2077" suggests that the game may not release until at least 2018.

Overall, CD Projekt Red plans to launch "Cyberpunk 2077" anywhere between 2017 and 2021. More updates and details on the game are expected soon.
