‘No Man’s Sky’ News & Update: Important Tips for Novice Players; How to Get Started

"No Man's Sky" was finally released and since the game is quite new, not many players know how to begin playing the game. Leaked videos of the gameplay were also published prior to the release date but still, this is not enough to teach beginners about the rules of the game.

For players to really enjoy "No Man's Sky," they must first learn how they should go about with the exploration of the world, as the main objective of the game is to reach the core of the universe. It is understandable that many novice players would be frustrated at first but as they get to know more about the game, playing will eventually get easier.

To become a successful space explorer, starting at the right track will help a lot. Here are tips to keep in mind as you get started with the game:

Firstly, gamers must update their "No Man's Sky" with the 1.03 version pack. This patch will multiply the biodiversity of planets and creatures, augment the inventory receptacles and revise big parts of the main pursuit. Of course, the update also contains fixes for older and current issues.

Secondly, beginners must not skip the tutorial. The "No Man's Sky" training should be finished because it will greatly help in understanding the crafting system of the game which is an important element for survival. You will start of building or repairing your ship to explore the universe so learning about crafting is crucial.

Third, while in the tutorial mode, make use of the Multi-Tool's scanner that typifies rare elements to determine which ones are useful and which ones are not. As per Polygon, this tool also helps players to find resources in the area. Take note that the must-have resources are zinc, iron and carbon.

Novice players must remember that scanning will be useless if they will keep their discoveries to themselves. Share those finds to the rest of the world by uploading them on the "No Man's Sky" Discovery page which can be found in the pause menu.

For every item, such as planet, rock or plants, you share and add in the database, you will earn a couple of credits which can be saved or use to acquire resources for the repair of your ship.

Finally, save your game often. Just like any other games, by saving the game, data of your progress with "No Man's Sky" will be stored in the system so you can always pick up where you left off after every gaming session.
