"Downtown Abbey" fans rejoice! The show may have ended in March, but actress Michelle Dockery just hinted that there might be more in store for the series. "Downton Abbey" might just make it to the big screen!

'Downtown Abbey' Movie?

"Downtown Abbey" actress Michelle Dockery sat down with Telegraph UK to discuss about the series. "I think there is potential for a film," she told the publication. "That is something I would wholeheartedly consider, so we will see. It may not be over yet."

She also revealed that she terribly missed the cast members. She admitted that she would love to reunite with her "Downtown Abbey" former co-stars.

Her post "Downtown Abbey" life includes keeping in touch with former co-star Laura Carmichael. She revealed that she still remains close with other cast members too.

Michelle Dockery Plays Con-Artist Letty Dobesh

Additionally, Michelle Dockery is taking on a new role as Letty Dobesh after "Downtown Abbey." This is a far cry form her character as Mary Crawly in "Downtown Abbey." As Dobesh, Dockery gets to deliver bolder lines than what Lady Mary was used to say.

In the new TV series, "Good Behavior," Michelle Dockery plays the drug-abusing petty thief and con artist, who can't has a hard time remaining sober. This character is so far removed from the prim and proper Lady Mary in "Downtown Abbey," the publication noted.

Michelle Dockery admitted that "Downtown Abbey" as an incredible journey that lasted for six years. While she may be sad to say goodbye, she knows it was the right time. Leaving actually felt exciting since it means a new path in her career.
