‘Pokemon GO’ Cheats, Tricks & Tips Every Player Must Try [Updated]

"Pokemon GO" recently went through a lukewarm period because of Niantic's updates that spelt doom for third-party apps using its live servers and also for users who were using them to gain unfair advantage over others.

The company has implemented a lot of changes in their "Pokemon GO" game so that players are not deprived of a fun and fair gaming experience. Their new Appraisal system deserves a special mention. The stat tool allows players to analyze which of the Pokemon are a keeper and which ones are better traded off for candy.

However, trainers can still use certain tips and tricks while playing "Pokemon GO" and not get banned. These harmless tricks can only make life easier for the trainer. The first is getting a Pikachu as a starter Pokemon.

To do this, "Pokemon GO" players need to ignore the original trio, Squirtle, Bulbasaur, and Charmander, four times in a row. These Pokemon appear in random order but once they have made their appearance, players will be able to nab a Pikachu.

Another trick is to use "Pokemon GO" Lucky Eggs for a quick level up. If trainers use the Lucky Eggs, they can get a total of 1000 XP by evolving a Pokemon. Catch lots of Pidgeys, use 12 Pidgey candies and evolve the Pidgeys to Pigeottos. This lasts 30 minutes and can provide easy experience within a decent amount of time.

Many are aware of the fact that "Pokemon GO" trainers, by simply changing the name, can control the evolution of Eevee. Changing Eevee's name to Rainer gives Vaporeon, for Flareon, one needs to change the name to Pyro and for Jolteon, Sparky is needed. These three are first-generation Pokemon.

However, how do you turn beloved Eevee to the second generation Espeon, the psychic-type, and Umbreon, the dark type? While this is a subject of immense debate, certain "Pokemon GO" predictions on Eevee evolution to Espeon and Umbreon are doing rounds lately. Click here to know more.

Interestingly, Niantic's game-app "Ingress" makes it very easy to locate PokeStops. "Ingress" portals are same as "Pokemon GO" PokeStops. It will help trainers decide where they want to perform their next hunt.

Another simple trick is to inflict damage on Gym's Prestige by matching up the correct Pokemon based on type and element, writes Mobile & Apps. Stay tuned to GamenGuide for more "Pokemon GO" cheat, tips and tricks!
