A major character will die in "Empire" Season 3 and the royal leading lady of the series, Taraji P. Henson, has confirmed it. Thanks to the dramatically cliche cat fight on the balcony between Anika and Rhonda, fans are largely betting on Rhonda as the main character who will be written off in "Empire" Season 3.
Anika's nonchalant and totally guiltless admission of letting Rhonda roll down the stairs is downright irritating but will also lead fans to wonder what would happen next to Anika? Jail time is not really something that can scare Anika, so fans are thinking that there might be something worse waiting for her as a special form of karma in "Empire" Season 3.
The on and off, off again, on again love-hate relationship of Cookie and Lucious is one of the highlights of the show that will obviously be carried over to "Empire" Season 3. Although Lucious is already married to Anika, nothing can stop Cookie from meddling with their lives, especially with their kids.
Anika's literal downfall in the previous season of "Empire" have fans regretting that they weren't able to see the same hybrid catfight action between Anika and Cookie.
