"Battlefield 1" Beta finally starts two days from now. The test period gives gamers the chance to sample the latest EA DICE title before the actual "Battlefield 1" release date comes this October.
9-Day 'Battlefield 1' Beta Starts August 31
The day that everyone is waiting for is just around the corner. Finally, the highly-anticipated "Battlefield 1" beta will happen this August 31 and ends September 8, reports PlayStation Universe.
Gamers have been longing for the "Battlefield 1" Beta since the game was unveiled in this year's E3. This beta phase is an important part of all game testings prior to their release as it would serve as a way to gauge user satisfaction and hopefully reveal glitches that could be polished before the games are released.
'Battlefield 1' Beta Early Access For Battlefield Insider Service Members
However, those who were lucky enough to sign up for EA's Battlefield Insider Services will get to experience the "Battlefield 1" Beta a day earlier than the rest, reports GameSpot. Instead of the August 31 scheduled for regular participants, Insider Service member may access the beta phase on August 30 giving them 10 full days to explore and enjoy the upcoming game ahead of the "Battlefield 1" release date this October.
To access the "Battlefield 1" beta on August 30, Insider members need to login using the early access code which EA DICE will be sending out. Unfortunately, those who want in on the action a day ahead will no longer be able to get the early access code. EA DICE has determined August 21 to be the cutoff for players to register and choose the platform to be included in the early access.
'Battlefield 1' Beta Client File Size
For those who are planning to participate in the upcoming "Battlefield 1" Beta, better clean up some disc space, at least enough space to accommodate the file to be downloaded. Reports estimate that the beta file size would be around 6 GB in size.
'Battlefield 1' Release Date
While a beta is good, the real deal is even better. "Battlefield 1" release date is slated this coming October 21. It will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
