‘Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location’ Release Date, Latest News & Update: Scott Cawthon Confirms Release Date; New Game Layout Revealed!

"Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location" is one of the most awaited video games this year. Game creator Scott Cawthon is releasing this new sequel after the success of his FNaF game series. This version would be different from the others and one of the most significant changes is the layout.

In the first three spin-offs of "Five Nights at Freddy's" games, the players take on the role as a security guard who need to monitor security cameras at the Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria. As the night deepens, the animatronic creatures come to life and the guard/player must survive the night.

As mentioned, the backdrop used for the previous games was in a pizza place, and for the fifth installment which was titled "Five Night at Freddy's: Sister Location," the action is taking place at an amusement park called Circus Baby's Pizza World . In addition, as mentioned on Game & Guide, the upcoming game will feature a different set-up where the players will now serve as late night technicians instead of doing the usual security guard duty.

What's more, gamers discovered a supposedly concealed link from "Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location." It shows a new layout of a map shaped like a cross. At the right side, Ballora Gallery is prominently located while Funtime Auditorium is on the left side. Lastly, Circus Gallery is situated at the far middle area.

It appears that the late night technician will have to navigate such a big space and defend himself from the attacks of the animatronics. It was said that there will be secret rooms around the Funtime Auditorium and opening them one by one will slowly reveal the narrative of the game.

Meanwhile, Cawthon revealed that he will not release additional "Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location" trailer anymore, so this should stop the speculations that trailer no. 2 is coming soon. He made this announcement via Steam Community and explained the reasons as well.

"I just wanted to make a short announcement that despite my earlier plans to do so, I will not be creating a second trailer for Sister Location. I feel that if I show any more of the game than I already have, then it will spoil a lot of the surprises in the game," Cawthon wrote.

Finally, as confirmed by Cawthon himself, "Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location" is finally coming on Oct. 7. Stay tuned for more updates.
