Show runner Ron Moore has confirmed on Twitter that "Outlander" Season 3 is almost done with 13 total episodes for the first block. But while the series will be based on Dian Gabaldon's third book entitled "Voyager," fans still cannot completely expect what happens to Jamie, portrayed by Sam Heughan, and Claire, played by Caitriona Balfe, in "Outlander" Season 3.
In the previous episodes, fans saw that the couple got separated in what you may call an unexpected circumstance. Claire then travelled through time so that she could save Brianna, her darling's daughter. After the time travel, we will see how she copes with the loss of Jamie and the battle in "Outlander" Season 3.
Fans speculate that because of the time travel, Jamie and Claire will see each other in their older selves. Would they still have the same affection even in another time dimension? Rumors say that because of their time travel, their reunion will not be possible at all. That is something that we want to confirm in the "Outlander" Season 3.
Some updates also say that the Caribbean seas will be a filming location of "Outlander" Season 3 as Jamie will have to go to an a voyage. Moore said that those film shots will not be ran until next year. Notable, there was no mention that Claire will also be there. Is this a sign that reunion is not possible for Jamie and Claire?
According to Moore, the sea voyage will prove to be the most difficult to film in "Outlander" Season 3. He will be needing so many props like the ship itself, the tanks and yes, the whole nine yards!
